Prohibition’s 3,000 sq ft restaurant features a patio, 30′ granite top bar, ornate mirrored wall, ceramic black and white tiles, and dark oak wood panels. The design is reminiscent of great American and European Hotel bars and lobbies of the past, where you could feel at home away from home. The restaurant is more casual and is the perfect place to dine weekly or stay late at the vibrant bar.
Our food program is centered around quality, sustainability, locality, and responsibility. Our seafood is sourced from only the most reputable fish mongers and fisherman. Our chefs have a direct working relationship with the fishermen who catch our seafood and if not, they only buy from the most reputable mongers. We source the majority of our product locally. We take great pride with the relationships we have formed with farmers, ranchers, fisherman and other suppliers. We take a humble approach to our cuisine and keep an emphasis on simplicity. Our menu is designed around a “nostalgic and decadent” theme.
